Kats Dance Centre opened its doors in September of 1981 with, owner, Kathie Morris.  Miss Kat was a

 Debbie Manzi Dancer for over 17 years, and took classes in Boston and New York during her 17 years with Debbie Manzi Dance Center. She started teaching classes at age 14 and hasn't stop since. Her love for dance, teaching and especially the students has kept her going all these years.

 

       Kats is a very family oriented studio, not only do the students dance but our parents are also involved in our classes, and performances.  Our staff has grown together for 30 years; they are very caring and friendly people who not only love to dance, but love to pass on their passion for dance in teaching the students.  Kats welcomes students of all ages starting at 2 years up through adults, as well as students with disabilities.

 

       In the fall of 2007 Kats Dance Centre moved to a larger space and has merged with Miss Lynn's Performing Arts, to become Kat-Lynn's Performing Arts Centre. Our students inspire us and drive us to be the best we can be, and we look forward to seeing our students on a daily basis.  We can only hope we inspire them with the love and passion for the art of dance and theatre. You will find Kat-Lynn's a very friendly, warm and welcoming place to be.  So, if you’re looking for a place for the entire family, you've found it.  Come see  for yourself, we will give you a tour of our new place and a peek in on some of our classes.
